Action Mental Health Menssana are delivering ‘open’ Mindset sessions

Action Mental Health Menssana are delivering ‘open’ Mindset sessions aimed at adults (18yrs+) within youth & community settings across the Northern, Western, Belfast and South Eastern Trust areas. The programme is 3hrs duration but will be split into 2 x 1.5hr sessions.
Monday 29th June (part 1 of 2) & Wednesday 1st July (part 2 of 2) – 2pm to 3.30pm
Thursday 2nd July (part 1 of 2) & Friday 3rd July (part 2 of 2) – 10.30am to 12noon
Aims:
• Raise awareness and increase knowledge and understanding of Mental and Emotional Health and Well-being
• Raise awareness of signs and symptoms of mental ill health
• Promote self-help/resilience techniques and how to maintain a safe level of positive mental and emotional health and well-being
• Promote self-care
• Information and/or resources on mental health support organisations available (locally and regionally)
