About this Event

Across Northern Ireland, people are taking up the challenge to give up alcohol for the month of January. Many do so to reap the benefits of being alcohol free for 31 days: your mood might improve; you could sleep better; lose weight; and save money. These are just some of the wonderful benefits!

Taking a break from alcohol also gives you the chance to reflect on your alcohol use beyond the month of January. It is a great opportunity to set goals and continue some of the good habits or alternatives you have put in place throughout Feel Good February and beyond.
