The Fairbridge programme actively seeks to work with young people from targeted backgrounds (including young people who are in or leaving care; offenders/ex-offenders; single parents; refugees/asylum seekers; young people with disabilities) and young people with specific needs (homelessness; substance misuse; offending behaviour; mental health needs). Fairbridge uses fun group work sessions and one-to-one support to help young people tackle the barriers that are holding them back from education, training or employment.
