Men’s Health Week 2021

>  Unfortunately, all 18,000 hard copies of the ‘Challenges and Choices’ Man Manual have now been given out.  However, if you’d like to share the electronic version of it with anyone, you can download it from: https://www.mhfi.org/challenges2021.pdf

 

>  The Saturday of MHW is ‘PLEDGE DAY’ – wherein individuals and organisations are asked to make a simple and realistic pledge as to how they are going to improve men’s health in the future.  Read more about it at: https://www.mhfi.org/mhw2021PledgeDay.pdf  Would you be up for making a personal pledge and putting it online (along with the hashtag #MensHealthWeek) that day?
