ONSIDE Evolution – Supporting Disabled People and Carers
August 3, 2026The programme supports disabled people and carers aged 16 and over across Northern Ireland and the border counties to reduce social isolation, improve digital confidence, strengthen community connections, and increase opportunities for participation and active citizenship.
Through ONSIDE Evolution, participants can access:
- One-to-one support and personalised action planning
- Digital skills training and confidence-building opportunities
- Access to technology and digital inclusion support
- Active Citizenship training
- Opportunities to connect with others through local networks and community activities
- Support to increase confidence, independence, and community participation
- Dedicated support for carers
The programme is designed to be person-centred, supporting individuals to identify and achieve goals that are important to them while building meaningful connections within their communities.
