Together with music is an exciting digital national campaign that is in partnership with Care England and IMM (Intergenerational music making). Together with Music helps to tackle loneliness within care homes and create positive community connections. The aim is to lift the spirits of both young and old throughout the pandemic and beyond through music and intergenerational connections. All cares home will be match with a local school, youth group, choir, orchestra, music school, community centres and many more! Care home residents and young people will then have the opportunity to share songs with each other, messages of hope and eventually meet/greet. Musical introduction will act as a vehicle for further connection, creativity and stronger community links. All members will have access to weekly live music sessions, activity packs and other resources.
