We’re hosting a 2-day ASIST (Applied Suicide Intervention Skills Training) workshop.

ASIST is an interactive, practical course designed to help you:

Recognise when someone may be thinking about suicide

Respond with confidence and compassion

Support someone in staying safe using practical safety planning

Dates: Tuesday 23rd & Wednesday 24th June 2026

Time: 9:30am – 4:30pm (attendance required on both days)

Location: The Cithrah Foundation, Carrickfergus

Lunch provided

Cost: Free

Over 18s only

Important:

This course is not suitable for anyone who has lost someone to suicide in the past 12 months or who is currently struggling following a recent suicide crisis.
