Cool FM Community Challenge – June 2023
I am reaching out to you to tell you about Cash for Kids’s NEW fundraising challenge; Community Challenge!
We are inviting local Community Associations and Grassroot Organisations who exist to help disadvantaged children in N.Ireland to apply.
We will be selecting up to 20 Groups to take part and throughout the month of June, with our help & expertise, you will fundraise as much as you can and KEEP 100% OF WHAT YOU RAISE!
Further to this, if you raise £2,500 or more, Cash for Kids will grant you a further £500 to support your work! AND the Group who raises the most overall with receive a grant of £2,500 on top of what they’ve raised!

If you are not able to take part at this time, we would greatly appreciate you spreading the message to other organisations who may wish to!
- Community Associations and Grassroot Organisations that exist to help disadvantaged children and young people up to and including the age of 18.
- Community Associations and Grassroot Organisations with an annual turnover of £1 million or less.
- A single branch/club/centre operating under a larger Community Organisation or Grassroot Association with an annual turnover exceeding £1 million can apply as long as the single branch/club/centre has an annual turnover not exceeding £1 million
- Individual local clubs from larger groups such as Scouts NI, Girlguiding Ulster or The Boy’s Brigade NI can apply
- Eligible organisations must operate with formal governance documents (such as a constitution, articles of association and regulations).
- Al fund raised must be used to help children/young people struggling from poverty, illness, neglect or additional needs
