This initiative is aimed at those parents/carers whose work commitments have changed and are now being requested to start exploring employment options, or just generally for those who are entering into the employment scene.
Each participant will be supported to explore the financial structure around employment and childcare (if required), building confidence around entering or returning to the workplace, build or update a quality CV, update digital skills knowledge, and meet people who are in similar circumstances.
The final week will see the participants gain a Level 2 qualification
